Brandon Hughes started his professional journey as a Building Surveyor, where he built a successful career and gained recognition as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Renowned for his precision, professionalism, and commitment to high standards, Brandon excelled in his role, assisting clients in navigating complex property matters within Central London. 

 

Brandon’s life took a personal turn when his wife required a visa to join him in the UK. This led him to experience the immigration process firsthand. Motivated to understand the complexities of the UK immigration system, he dedicated himself to studying UK Immigration Law. This experience sparked a passion for helping others navigate similar journeys.

 

Passionate about this newfound purpose, Brandon trained with the Open University and HJT, including superior training from ABC Above & Beyond Bournemouth, to qualify as a Level 1 Immigration Advisor with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). Today, as the Director of the ABC Immigration London office, he specialises in immigration matters related to business, work, and study, as well as family visas, entry clearance applications, and leave to remain applications.

Drawing on his professional background and personal experiences, Brandon runs a viable, sustainable, and ethical organisation that prioritises strong governance and accountability. His goal is to guide clients through the immigration process with the same dedication and care that inspired his own journey.

Thallyta's love for law remained a constant presence in her life. She was deeply inspired by the idea of helping others navigate the complexities of legal processes, particularly in immigration law. This passion ultimately led her to join ABC Immigration London, where she works alongside Brandon and the team, eager to make a meaningful impact.

 

Today, Thallyta serves as the Business Development Director of ABC Immigration London, playing a pivotal role behind the scenes. She is Brandon's right hand, assisting with various crucial tasks, including accounting, business development, and customer service. Additionally, Thallyta's fluency in Portuguese allows her to assist with translations when required, further enhancing the firm's ability to serve a diverse client base.

Robert Suddrey is a fully qualified and OISC-registered Immigration Adviser with expertise across Levels 1, 2, and 3. With over 15 years of experience, Rob provides tailored, professional guidance on various immigration matters, from straightforward cases to complex challenges.

 

He is also the Director of ABC Above and Beyond Bournemouth, the sister company to ABC Immigration London.
